この時期、テーマは「紫」

残暑、秋の初めは、
紫のものをなるべく、食しなさい。
そう・・京都で教わってきた流れです。

それでは、皆さま、本格的な秋、冬に向け、
紫のものを沢山食べて、
夏の疲れ”いらんもん”を浄化して下さい。

During the lingering heat of summer and the beginning of autumn,
eat purple foods as much as possible.
That’s what I was taught in Kyoto.
So, as autumn and winter approach,
eat lots of purple foods and
purify yourself of the “unnecessary” things you’ve been tired of over the summer.
