目指し続ける想いは、只管、アイスクリームの探求です。
この季節だけ解禁するチョコアイスの素材とも、
毎年、１月中旬から２月の２週目頃まで、
約一ヵ月にわたって、大事に、大切に向き合ってます。
旬の終わりかけは、いつもいつも、恋しくなっちゃいます。

As long as I made ice cream making my profession,
Our mission is to explore ice cream.
Right now, I’m just trying to make delicious chocolate ice cream… Every year, from mid-January to the second week of February. I’m taking this month-long effort seriously and seriously.
