This is our proudest creation.
It’s been difficult to get people to understand
how delicious it is, and we’ve tried to revert to
the traditional matcha parfait style many times.
But our matcha parfait is this!
After seven years of hardship, and now and in
the future, this is the matcha parfait we’ll always
serve in our shop.
I can’t quite put it into words, but I love this
universe-like world of green and brown.
I want to spend this season with this flavor.
