ここ2週間ほど、レジの不具合により、
お客様のご対応など、大変ご不便をおかけしま
したこと心よりお詫び申し上げます。
ようやく、来週、28日金曜日にレジを入れ替え、
サービスの向上に取り組んで参ります。

※また、何卒、入れ替え時期も慣れないメンバー
など含め多少ご迷惑をおかけすることとなります。
どうか、その辺もご理解戴けましたら幸いです。

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience
caused to our customers over the past two weeks
due to a malfunction in our cash register.
We will be replacing the cash register next week,
on Friday the 28th, and will strive to improve our service.
*However, please understand that there may be
some inconvenience during the replacement period,
as some staff members may not be familiar with the new system.
I would appreciate your understanding on this point as well.
