This is our proudest creation. It’s been difficult to get people to understand how delicious it is, and we’ve tried to revert to the traditional matcha parfait style many times. But our matcha parfait is this! After seven years of hardship, and now and in the future, this is the matcha parfait we’ll always serve in our shop. I can’t quite put it into words, but I love this universe-like world of green and brown. I want to spend this season with this flavor.

今年の春も沢山の方々に喜ばれていました。 海外の方々からフェイク?ナチュラルっと? 質問が多かったことがとても印象的でした。 これから、新緑の春へ Chrysanthemum Peach Tree (Heartful) It brought joy to many people again this spring. I was very struck by how many questions I received from people overseas asking, “Is it fake? Or natural?” Now, we are heading towards the lush green of spring.
