What you learn from mountain climbing Yesterday, I spent a total of six hours climbing Mt. Atago and visiting Atago Shrine in Arashiyama, three hours ascending and three hours descending. It was truly life itself. A great experience!
Even though I was out of breath many times, I didn’t rush, took a breather in between, called out to each other, looked at the stairs, my feet, and the steps, and even though it was tough and painful, I looked at the great nature, was grateful, looked forward (checking), looked back (checking), believed in the path, my surroundings, believed in myself,
It was a climb that taught me love, Mt. Atago, and I learned something with every step.

“Learning about greenery” Our manufacturing base (workshop) is located in the heart of Kyoto. Every day is like a lesson, I’m learning green (Japanese basics).
“Matcha history” The first factory manager is in his 38th year, and the second factory manager is in his 18th year. There is no goal in the pursuit of matcha ice cream.
“With the feeling of making it” We make 5 or 10 liters, so we don’t use a bamboo tea whisk…but we put more strain on our mixer (our partner) than any other ice cream. The “trick” to making it delicious is the mixing time, which goes far beyond your imagination. We will be dealing with a uniform particle size of 8 microns…That is, we will do our best to bring out the flavor!
