北軽井沢の牧場の皆さんから、

this product was launched early at an event at Atre.
This product is a little difficult to understand the
first time you try it, so if possible… please try it a few
times to find the best way to eat and suck it,
and then you’ll be welcome to a world ofmugyumugyu!

この春、甜茶の収穫に合わせて・・・
また、大幅な値上がりをしています。
私達も、ここ繰返し、値上げをさせて
戴いてますが、なかなか、上げ幅には
到底、追いつけずバタバタしてます。
日本の需要と世界に渡っていく需要、
大きな時代の流れを受入れつつ・・・
定番である大切な抹茶アイスクリーム、
一切妥協せず、心込めて作ってます。
昔も、今も変らず、抹茶、愛です。

We have repeatedly had to raise our prices,
and we are struggling to keep up with the
increases.

ジャパニーズアイス櫻花の3店舗目として
２０２２年秋に「嵯峨野庵」を嵐山に開業いたしました。
しかしながら、私達らしくない・・・
大義を持たないまま取組んでしまい、結果的に惜敗。

２０２４年の春、閉店をいたしました。

嵐山でOUCAのファンになって戴けた多くのお客様に、
そして、惜しみなく努力を捧げてくれた仲間たちに、
関係者の皆様に、大変ご迷惑をおかけしふました。
その時の苦しさ、悔しさは心に刻まれ消える事はありません。
それでも大義（貢献できる道）を探り、

正解にするための新たな道を選び、
メンバーと共に現場に立ち、

「立ち食いそばとコーヒーばんばん」という業態で、
リスタートしました。

早いもので、ちょうど２年が経ちます。
OUCAの時から、応援を戴き続ける地元の皆様に、
心より深く感謝を申しあげます。本当に有難うございます。

この数年は、
本当に、辛いこと、厳しいことを通じメンバー達と
愛を育むための大切な時間をいただいたのだと思います。

これからも愛は深まる一方です。

ばんばんの開業時、よく話ししていた事があります。
将来、西へ！西海岸へ持っていこうって・・・
アイスと蕎麦が合体したニッポンの世界観を届けよう！
必ず、私達にその大義が用意されいるって・・、
そう信じて、信じて、信じ続け、一歩一歩、一歩一歩、
歩み続ければ、必ず、大義、道が切り拓かれると。

こうして、この２年、そして、コロナ禍から始まり７年、
少しずつ息を吹き返しながら愛を育み続けています。

自転車のカゴに、昔々販売していたOUCA

I had a wonderful experience the other day…
I saw someone riding through the streets of
Ebisu with an OUCA cooler bag, which we used
to sell a long time ago, in the basket of their bicycle.
I felt so much affection, longing, and joy for it,
