The day always begins with the light pouring in through the skylight,and as the stage director gives instructions on the day’s cast,each and every member switches on to their role.
So, Rikito, the ace of the 19th class, here we go!

一日の始まり、いつも天窓から注がれる光りを感じながら
その日の配役、予約の流れを、舞台監督から指示を受け、
一人一人が役に演じる表情へスイッチが入っていきます。

昨年から活躍する19期生の”RIKITO”、笑顔で本番です。

温かく、有難く、ご祈祷を賜わりました。

今年、昨年、一昨年と恩師ご夫婦のおはからいで、新年は八坂さんでご祈祷を受けています。でも今年は、貴船神社にお参りに行こう！って言うこととなっていたのですが、大寒波の影響で貴船はお預けに・・きっと、氏神様である八坂さん（午頭天王様）が、こちらにっと向けてくれたようにも感じます。

またそこに、今年はプラス、三十三間堂にご一緒させて戴き、昔から色々な方々に観音様にご縁があると言われつつも京都に移住し２０年経つなかで初の訪問でした。「家内と共に、終始、手を合わせていたように感じます。お陰様で、一段と奥深い新年のお参りができました。そして、観音様のお下がりも有難く頂戴し、自宅で賜わりました。」

私達の拠点である京都、東京、神戸、軽井沢で、四季折々の美しさを飲食業という世界観（職）を通じ、仲間達（ファミリー）と共に、日本の美意識を、今年も磨きあげて参ります。
