Every time this season comes around, I recall happy flows and shapes from my memory. This was around the time we first started working together at a fruit and vegetable market in Kyoto. Our order doesn’t mind if the shape is irregular or “misaligned,” but we want something delicious inside. And then, from the bottom of the pack of irregular strawberries… a giant heart-shaped strawberry appeared.
The love of the growers reaches us through the Kyoto produce market♡…Step by step, we will deliver our products with all our heart in our 19th spring!
It’s almost time to prepare for spring. Our Kyoto workshop will be busily preparing from now on. That’s because OUCA season is finally here! We are now actively recruiting ice cream lovers, both at ourworkshop in Tominagacho, Kyoto, and at our shop in Ebisu, Tokyo.

Learning and research is eternal. As long as I made ice cream making my profession, Our mission is to explore ice cream. Right now, I’m just trying to make delicious chocolate ice cream… Every year, from mid-January to the second week of February. I’m taking this month-long effort seriously and seriously.
