嵯峨野湯は、地元のメンバーが多く在籍してます。

それは、日本中、世界中から訪れてくる皆さまに対して、
地元の素敵なところを、ご案内、紹介する為でもあります。
所謂、小さな地域貢献に繋がっていきながら「働く経験」、
そして、何よりも、地元の大好きなカフェで活躍する！
そうやって、大学や専門学校などに入学するタイミングで
アルバイトを始めるメンバーが多数います。

カフェのアルバイトを始め、大学4年生になった頃には、
おもてなしや掃除や料理や飲み物など、様々な仕事などに
関わりつつ、楽しい事も、辛い事も、嬉しい事も沢山学び、
カフェの感覚を身につけて、社会へと旅立っていきます。

18期生の彼は、植物に愛（潤い）を届けることが上手で、
又、接客やお掃除など、とても丁寧で、活躍中です。

カフェの仕事って、見た目よりも大変な事も多々あります
が、その分、嬉しい経験、美味しい経験、面白い経験など
日々の業務、仕事を通じ自分らしさも発見できます。
ちょうどこの春、19期生のメンバー募集を始めました。
是非、嵯峨野湯（劇団のような環境）に「どおぞ！」

古ぼけた小さな電飾です。
この温かみが、みんなが好きで、変えられないサイン。
いや、変えてはならないサイン、目印ようです。

お客様には、少し、分かりづらいサインですが、
この表情を探して、お越しください。
ＪＲ嵯峨嵐山駅からも嵐電嵐山からも、すぐです。

The illuminated sign to aim for from the station is the same now as it was in the past.
It is a small, old illuminated sign.
Everyone loves this warmth, and it is a sign that cannot be changed. I’m sure it’s a sign, a landmark that must not be changed. Since this winter, I have been making pear tarts and apple tarts.
Every year, we grow little by little, cherishing the accumulation of things and moving forward one step at time.

「立ち食いそばとコーヒーばんばん」と言います。

まだまだ、営業時間は、模索を繰り返して行きますが、
１０時頃から１６時頃となります。
※お蕎麦がなくなり次第、終了します。

This is a sister store that opened next to Sagano-yu.
It’s called “Standing Soba and Coffee Banban.”

We’re still trying to figure out the opening hours,
but they’ll be open from around 10am to around 4pm.
*They’ll close once they run out of soba.
