昨年始めから、先月まで、約一年かけて、嵯峨野湯のクッキーのアトリエから、隣接するジャパニーズアイス櫻花「嵯峨野庵」の内装工事に取組んで戴きました。
この方々が居なければ、嵯峨野湯、嵯峨野庵は語れません。
かれこれ、１８年以上のお付き合いとなりますが、私達が京都で、一番、「誠実なモノ作り（価値）」を、体感、体験で感じ、学ばさせて戴いている大切なお取引先様です。
お店の空気感って、作り手の気持ちが宿ってます。

On a daily basis, Café Style Resort Saganoyu is a busy place for locals. It is a community café renovated from a public bathhouse built in the Taisho era. 1923 and now 2023, the form of community is the same.
