We have been operating this brand for 10 years here in Mikage, Kobe. We also have Mikobo (Mikage Coffee Lab) in the financial district of Otemachi, Tokyo. We have two stores in Kobe and Tokyo. All of our part-time workers play an active role in this workplace.

The site of a public bathhouse originally built in 1923 was renovated into a cafe and reborn as Sagano Yu.
These cookies are the mark of the bathhouse.
元々、大正12年（1923年）にできた銭湯の跡地をカフェにリノベーションして嵯峨野湯として生まれ代わりました。
なので・・、湯のマークがクッキーに象られてます。

東京駅から外で、丸の内から大手町に向かって、色々なビルを抜けていくと、大手町にフィナンシャルシティーという地区があります。その中のグランキューブというビルの地下一階です。そこは、「カフェ業態とお弁当業態が合体したしたショップ、テイクアブレイク（一息入れましょ！）と言う意味の店名です。そして、私達は、春に向け、新たなメンバーを募集しています！！どうぞ、気兼ねなく、お問い合わせ下さい。
